Ben
Ben has been working in the Personal Training industry since 1999 and has spent the last 12 years gaining valuable experience and helping clients achieve their health and well being goals.
During his career, Ben has attended multiple training courses to ensure he maintains his high personal training standards. More recently Ben achieved his Level 1 strength coach qualification with the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association.
As a result of his qualification Ben was appointed head strength and conditioning coach for the Frankston YCW and Caulfield Grammar Football clubs.
In 2009, Ben began training the trainers. As a nationally accredited course facilitator Ben has travelled around Australia speaking to hundreds of personal trainers about the most up to date and effective methods of fat loss training for industry course provider "Centrality"..
In 2010 Ben qualified as a Level 2 International Kettlebell Sport instructor with the International Kettlebell Sport Association which has bought a whole new range of options for Ben's clients wanting to increase their strength, flexibility and wellbeing.
Ben is Married and lists his interest as family, personal fitness and travel.

Trevor
Trevor has been involved in the fitness industry for many years, both as a client and as a trainer; Having played sport all of his life, soccer, tennis, cricket, volleyball; at state levels. He is passionate about keeping healthy and staying in shape.
When people ask "Why do you want to be a personal trainer?" the answer is simple; "I am passionate about helping people and love staying healthy. So why not have a career where I get rewarded everyday by being able to help people reach their health and fitness goals."
Specializing in aerobic endurance and fat loss, Trevor is always looking for new ways to help every client, by attending workshops and seminars; keeping workouts constantly varied, challenging and most importantly specific to the client's goals. So whether you’re looking for more power, want to run faster, stronger, jump higher or struggling to shave off those extra cm's, Trevor is there with you every step of the way.
Danielle
Danielle has been working in the Health and Fitness Industry for the past 4years. " I was seeing a personal trainer and I loved it, I was always interested in health and loved interacting with a variety of people on a daily basis. I decided to turn my passion for fitness into my career!"
Danielle keeps fit through a variety of exercise such as Boxing, running, resistance training and dancing. " I think it’s important to give different forms of exercise a go, I really enjoy trying something new and challenging myself"
Danielle specializes in Weight Management, Core Fitness, Boxing and Kickboxing, and likes to train a variety of clients. If you are looking for extra motivation and help to reach your goals then personal training is exactly what you need.

Sue
Sue has been working part time in the Fitness Industry since she completed her Certificates III & IV in Fitness in 2009 and is working towards increasing her knowledge and experience especially in functional exercise, mobility and weight loss. She is a nurse with 30 yrs experience - currently in Intensive Care.
Sue relates to a large number of clients at The Health Hub as she started out in a similar situation to many.
"I have been a client at The Health Hub since 2004 after realising I was a heart attack waiting to happen!! I ticked all the boxes except for high BP!! Working with the trainers of The Health Hub I lost 20 kg and regained long lost fitness and strength and I love the new me! I enjoy training clients knowing that I am helping others to stay fit and healthy and less likely to develop, and able to control, diseases that will lead to hospitalisation. Prevention is so much more fun than treatment!!! And it's never too late to start!!"
Andy
Andy has been working in the fitness industry for over 20 years in his native UK and is now enjoying training clients at The Health Hub in Mt Eliza. In 2010 Andy updated his certifications through PT Academy in Melbourne, and has a particular interest in Effective Movement Training (EMT), which involves functional whole body movements. I also have a strong background in nutrition, which is an area that many people struggle with when trying to get fit.
"One of the reasons I enjoy working at The Health Hub is that we are always asking the question "why do we do what we do?". There is so much new information coming out about functional anatomy and human performance that it is a constant challenge keeping up-to-date and ensuring that we are embracing the best of all these new methods of training. Being part of a skilled team of trainers which is dedicated to constantly exploring better ways of achieving outstanding results for our clients is very satisfying, but the best reward of all is seeing clients transform their bodies and their lives, and being part of that success".
