Ben has been working full time as a Personal Trainer since 1999. In that time Ben has worked with all types of clients from younger athletes and older populations, to weekend warriors and fat loss clients.
Ben knows that ensuring a fun and positive environment is one of the keys to a successful training studio as well as Ben’s ability to push clients harder and more effectively than they would themselves.
Staying up to date with the latest strength, fitness and injury prevention strategies is crucial for ongoing success and this is something Ben prides himself on.
As well as leading all the sessions at the Health Hub Ben continues to live and breathe health and fitness in his own life while ensuring he spends plenty of time with his young family: wife Rachael and young daughters Eva and Ruby.
